We recently took delivery of a new bedframe and Woodcraft's customer service has been amazing from start to finish. Rick was very helpful and patient when we hummed and hawed regarding the style, material, and finish that we were looking for. When it came time for delivery, Dave was great to work with and kept us apprised of when they'd be able to come by and set us up with our new bedframe. We purchased three sets of furniture from Woodcraft last year. David recommended some bar stools which were fabulous- we liked them so much we ordered two more. One of the deliveries was for December 31st / we got a call at five o’clock and expected to hear that they would not make it. No - they told us they were an hour away but would still be there that night. The furniture is wonderful / the service from both David and Rick was excellent. We would highly recommend Woodcraft/ and the furniture is made in Canada!

The staff are always friendly, courteous and professional. The furniture is beautiful and well made. We have been happy with all our purchases and we look forward to continuing to shop here in the future.
In the Fall of 2024 my husband and I ordered a Dining Table from Woodcraft, Rick and Dave helped us and when the table arrived it was BEAUTIFUL!
