The entire staff was very kind to us when we had to put our Holly to sleep. They were compassionate and respectful of our feelings. It’s never easy to be there when it happens but we were glad they let us be with her when she passed.
No stars!! This place is terrible. The receptionist has a terrible attitude. They are not transparent with their pricing at all. Told me that spaying my dog would cost $300. I bring her In for her appointment only to be told that they are not doing the surgery today instead they are giving her her vaccines and a pre surgical visit then they will schedule her surgery. So I would be paying another $100 for the office visit and vaccines on top of the $300 for the spaying and I would have to pay extra for post surgical pain meds... read more
Love these guys!!! I’m here almost every week it seems.
I have been taking my German Shepherds and other pets to Woodcock for many years. I never would have entrusted Rocky to any other place, nor would I now entrust Shamgar to the care of any other Vet. Five stars for sure!
I will never return to this place! Misdiagnosed my dog and she could have died if I wouldn't have taken her somewhere else. If you care about your pet don't take them here!
