Dirty spoons and wine glasses. Like chunks stuck to them. Cold lobster bisque. PHONE IN ROOM BROKEN CANT REACH DESK OR ROOM SERVICE Pool and hot tub closed without warning. Will not stay again
Have lunch at wagners winery/brewery. Great place to try great food, local wine, and craft beer while enjoying the view of Seneca lake.
Shitty rooms, and if you complain they put you in 231, next to the elevator and above the front door - read elevator music all night and the valets talking outside. Horrible experience.
