Great place due to views of Manhattan and easy commute to the city James Braddock (Cinderella man park) across is nice (getting crowded due to lack of other parks around the area -healthy playabowl place and a Cuban restaurant opened inside park June2024). Commute to Manhattan- appx 35mins to Times Square with bus leaving infront of building every 7mins. Management started to improve and brought in staff that is working well and making improvements. Clean, green & the residents are kind. Beautiful views of the city skyline with generous amenities.
Great complex to live at, 25 minutes to Times Square with beautiful city and river views and gorgeous James Broddack Park on other side. So close to the largest city with serenity of countryside. Swimming pool with city views and a small gym with tennis courts at the park. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Pet friendly. Only issue is sound as you can hear neighbors dogs, if you lived in the city with multiple units you’ll be okay. Or best is to get a 1st floor with patio units.
