If I could give it zero stars I would. I took my lawnboy there because lawnboy sent me. It has a problem it runs for ten minutes then shuts off. It does this without an air filter too. They had the mower for a week replaced an air filter charged me 70 dollars for this I went to pick it up argued I only gave them a 30 deposit because it is a coil problem. Great family oriented business. No problem having anything fixed. Never rude, always sociable and fairly priced.
They are always nice reliable and honest take care of their customers & never up sale witches hard to find now a days and will back there worth
I went to Woodchucks after being told to do so by Manufacturer. Pressure Washer wouldn`t start, they charged me $84.78 to clean the Carberator, $75.00 an hour for labor. They broke the wand holder and when I used it the hose leaked at both ends. I would throw away my washer before having them touch anything again. I wouldn`t recommend them at any cost!!!
I would not recommend this business at all! I called them 3 times, and they continued to tell me that they would call me and never did. When they did finally call me, they left a message that they would pick up my mower in 2 days. When I called to tell them that I already went with someone else, the girl said that she called the wrong number. Unprofessional, unreliable, and now that I think about...rude!
Took them forever to repair our lawnmower for a really expensive price. Would not recommend using them.
Snowblower repair – put my snowblower in to have a nut and bolt replaced that held a pulley in place. I put a nut and bolt in myself that was a half ass fix and figured they would know better of how to fix it properly?When I picked it up they had replaced the belt that drives the pulley and not the nut and bolt that I told them that I put in and needed to be replaced with the corrrect parts.
