Poor communication. We had to apply twice. The first time we were denied without explanation so we applied again. The second time we were approved and then when we told them we were still interested they denied us because we have 3 children. The townhouse is currently bigger than our 3 bedroom apartment but they won’t allow 2 Adults, 2 kids, and a baby to live there.
Been here a year about to move it's been great landlords leave you alone great price for rent. Moving because its too far of a drive to work.
We moved in november of 2014. We are moving out now to buy a house which would have been sooner but my Husband had a stroke. They had no idea of course still never missed rent at all. We signed a one year lease then they never had us sign another one. They state they do not allow dogs but we registered one as an emotional companion and they cannot charge a deposit and cannot evict us for this.
