This is a 5 Plus rating due to the entire team where above and beyond. I had an SI Joint TORQ procedure with Dr Crewdson. I have fought Chronic Pain for 18 years and believe I finally found the Doctor that understands my needs and I just received this procedure.The process from beginning to end was a journey due to getting insurance approval, the team walked me through the entire process. Shelly, Tawny and Dr. V Goel made this an easy expirence. I was nervous to get my first spinal injection but Tawny held my hand the whole way through Dr. Goel for thouroughly explaining the process And Shelly for the follow up call. Great team!
They lied to my provider and told them I had to cancel my procedure, so my procedure was canceled with no notice and I showed up and was told my procedure was cancelled by my provider.
This place and their staffing is awful! Find a different doctor and place for treatment. Terrible treatment of patients!
Just had foot surgery everything went very well from checking in to IV insertion surgery and check out. Place is clean, very professional staff great. I had all paperwork done with insurance approval and cost before surgery date. Was there also there Oct 2022 and at that time the OR really did not look completed but service was good. Looks like new and well organized now.
