I am Very unhappy customer. I purchased my 2015 Nissan Murano from this dealership back in March it is now October and I am having issue. I have been to get this car checked out one too many times.I feel I was given false information regarding the cars problems and now have been told a long list of things that need work.First ut was the rotors second it was my hub bearing.I have been told about these issues by the same people who sold me this car. The service department may be the worst in South Jersey.....and that’s saying alot, I brought my wife’s car in to have a defective tire replaced which is covered under the “ Platinum Plus Plan” that cost us $1,000 only to be told over 1 1/2 hours later that the tire needed to be ordered, when I asked why it took so long to tell me the gentleman in the service department said he couldn’t find me.....I was sitting 30 feet from him in the waiting area...
We are returning customers because of the entire car buying experience. The purchase was easy and hassle free and the service department can not be beat! Thanks Mike! And thank you Dave for recommending such a great guy to handle our purchase!
