Quick and easy lease renewal. 4 different property managers in my 2 years here. Maintenance is run by one person...he is very diligent and extremely helpful, but I fear overworked! Turnover rate of neighbors is high. Have met mostly nice neighbors. Most of my issues have been addressed.
