I really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. Niki and Amanda are amazing managers! Things were always fixed in a timely matter. The grounds were so peaceful and well kept. My dog and I's favorite place was the dog park! Being pet friendly is a huge plus in my mind. It was bittersweet leaving this apartment complex I called home for almost two years!

I have lived here for over 5 years and love it. Maintenance staff get right on things we they need to be fixed. Eric does a very nice job. I have 2 dogs who enjoy the runs near the office. One is huge! Office staff Amanda and Niki are warm and welcoming and know who I am by name. They respond very quickly to any concerns I have and make me feel very valued. You will not be disappointed if you move here.
Do not live here! The management is very poor. They don't know how to deal with problems and are hard to get in contact with. They do not care about their tenants, but are rather only after your money and a lot of it given the quality of the apartments and garages. I have had one problem after another with them. And, everything Kristin says, I say "kudos" because it is all true.
We are in year 7 of being residents and staff has alway been prompt to address any issues. Love living here
Staff here truly rocks and I love the atmosphere here. Excellent neighborhood nearby, close access to Hamilton Street and everything you would need. Newly relocated here and have nothing but great things to say. Definitely gets my recommendation!
