Today, I was at this property helping my adoptive mom with her lease renewal. Bryan, who is in charge, was very kind, truly charming, especially in explaining and making this process as easy as possible because they now require insurance. He even took the lease to the unit for her to sign since she can't walk. Didn't have much to think about—this property is clean, and the fact that they added cameras makes me feel safer. Highly recommended!!"
I'm not one to write reviews about anything, but I have to admit and highlight the positive change this property has undergone in the past year. First, the new manager is really putting in the work, being there every day (which wasn't the case before). Second, the place is clean every day – you can easily spot Bryan (the manager) cleaning with his bucket and tongs daily, especially the dumpsters that were a mess a year ago and are now spotless.
