Uhg.. I wish I didn’t have to say this but I can’t in good conscience just brush it under the table, I value my time and work hard for my money and this experience let me down. Sad to say, I’m no longer a supporter of this business. The owner should take lessons in how to treat customers. His former profession may have tolerated treating people in a condescending manner but, not in the consumer business. I’ve done business with this store for many years and only done so due to the closeness to my home. RecommendedI slammed the mower deck on my 31 year old tractors on something, and it busted off the brackets, bent rods, etc. I thought that it was trashed. Woodbury FFPE came and picked up my tractor. They brought it back a week later, and it was as GOOD AS NEW!! Reasonable too! Excellent customer service!
I rented a wood chipper here to clean up a brush pile at my house and to chip the majority of a tree I had cut down, and it went very smoothly. The chipper ran great and performed really well for being a convenient sized, easy to tow machine. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, lots of cool stuff in the store too.
Awesome family owned/ local business! Great selection of animal feed and tools! Of course can’t for get Kevin’s smiling face and goofy humor when you bring in your four legged or feathered friend!
