Going into 3rd year as resident. Absolutely wonderful complex! Office staff has always been incredible. Any issues are handled immediately...especially emergencies! Facilities are always maintained. Fully recommend.
This place has been a dream come true. I was tasked from my company to come from Michigan to Cleveland area for 13 months and was notified in a short window. After scrambling to find an apartment, as I had less that 5 days to find an apartment, Sheila was the best leasing manager I could've called as she kept following up to keep me posted on how the paperwork was coming along and helping me every step of the way. I lived here for a year & they are the best apartment complex i’ve lived at. Courtney, Sheila & the maintenance team are genuinely good people. I never had a maintenance request go beyond a few days. They listen to concerns from tenants & keep the grounds clean. I had an emotional support dog, & typically you never get a deposit back from an apartment.. let alone if you have an animal, & they refunded me my deposit. I lived at Woodbury Commons for several years and would rate it an overall 4.5 stars (5 for simplicity on this review). Pros: Management - Sheila is an excellent property manager and was typically very attentive to my needs. Quality of front office staff fluctuated throughout my time there but was in pretty good shape when i left.
