This has been a horrible place to live since the fire in February. Very limited access to basic things like the sidewalk or trash disposal. The stinking hulk of a condemned building is still sitting. I wear a mask outside and keep my windows shut because of the air quality My window was damaged because of the fire and has never been fixed. Same thing with my storm door. Today my a/c died. I'm in a 79 degree apartment and I just returned home from a 4 day hospital stay. Unless you enjoy he'll on earth, don't move here!
Going into 3rd year as resident. Absolutely wonderful complex! Office staff has always been incredible. Any issues are handled immediately...especially emergencies! Facilities are always maintained. Fully recommend.
This place has been a dream come true. I was tasked from my company to come from Michigan to Cleveland area for 13 months and was notified in a short window. After scrambling to find an apartment, as I had less that 5 days to find an apartment, Sheila was the best leasing manager I could've called as she kept following up to keep me posted on how the paperwork was coming along and helping me every step of the way. I lived here for a year & they are the best apartment complex i’ve lived at. Courtney, Sheila & the maintenance team are genuinely good people. I never had a maintenance request go beyond a few days. They listen to concerns from tenants & keep the grounds clean. I had an emotional support dog, & typically you never get a deposit back from an apartment.. let alone if you have an animal, & they refunded me my deposit.
