I lived here for a year & they are the best apartment complex i’ve lived at. Courtney, Sheila & the maintenance team are genuinely good people. I never had a maintenance request go beyond a few days. They listen to concerns from tenants & keep the grounds clean. I had an emotional support dog, & typically you never get a deposit back from an apartment.. let alone if you have an animal, & they refunded me my deposit. I lived at Woodbury Commons for several years and would rate it an overall 4.5 stars (5 for simplicity on this review). Pros: Management - Sheila is an excellent property manager and was typically very attentive to my needs. Quality of front office staff fluctuated throughout my time there but was in pretty good shape when i left. This one of worst living apartments I lived in management pretends be friendly until you move in prices are outrageous for 2bedroom and there very strict expect you be super quite not even TV playing after 11pm to many housing rules for 1300 month...if they don't like you they will continue to harass you
I lived here for 4 years prior to purchasing a house. Sheila, the office manager, is fabulous. Very appropriate pricing for apartments which include large pool, location, and great maintenance care.
