This review is for Carriage House Apartments, owned by the same people but there is no google page for Carriage House. Using an alt account so I don't get evicted for telling the truth. Carriage House Apartments are run by slumlords who provide unsafe living situations, overcharge their tenants, and generally just don't care about their tenants' wellbeing. During the process, I received no communication about my application status or where the process was. Eventually, I was rejected on the grounds of "credit"was . I never given a requirement for credit when I asked. I was told I would be eligible based off the information they asked for. Carriage House Apartments - 20 Bishop Hollow Road, Newtown Square doesn't have it's own google profile. I assume so that you can't leave reviews because they will all be negative. The place is awful. It is noisy, you hear your neighbors like they are in the room with you. It has mice. Management, particularly Rich, will do nothing for you and get nasty with you for asking. Just save yourself and go elsewhere.
