The apartment manager has to be the rudest person i have ever met. I went into the office to inquire about renting a unit and i was totally ignored while he was having a personal conversation with another person in the office. After about 5 minutes of standing near the door I asked if they were open and all he could say is that he was busy and he would help me after he was done talking.

Many tenants have lived at Woodbrook for years. It is a quiet complex; well-maintained and fairly priced. I've been pleased with the attentiveness from management staff, both on-site and at the main office, when something needs to be repaired. Granted, Woodbrook is not the 'brand-new' complex in town, but it has held up very well for its age, and the location stomps the competition. this place is cheap but you can tell by the old looks and the way management runs the complex. ive lived here to two years and this summer is when things got bad.they are very unprofessional. i have had a wasp/hornet problem for 3weeks now and i have called about 7times to get it taken care of - well they are still inside the hallways. you have to run in and out to avoid them and my roomate just got stung recently. my a/c has broken 3 times since ive lived here and the bedrooms stay hot in the summer and cold in the winter. ... read more

These apartments are pretty good. They are spacious, near everything. Your walking distance from the mall/hospital. The apartments do not heat up like crazy, like my old apartment. It can be 100 degrees outside and the AC at these places do a great job. The kitchens look a LITTLE bit in thier 80s but you get used to them quick...they are very nice apartments, i would recommend to anyone!!
