I came here to tour some apartments even though I’m not looking until next year. I really like the all of the amenities and the clubhouse is very updated. The leasing agent, Monika, was amazing! She is so kind and informative. I can’t wait to come back here.

The pool after one year is already going down hill . People are vaping weed . Security and lifeguards if they do work and not hang out with their family on side of pool not even in uniform of life guards . People are coming in from all over no questions asked I know I know some and don’t live here . Approximately 7 people . People who do live here have to bring our own chairs from people who don’t belong. Knew it will go down hill from last year

I have lived in this community for five years and have never experienced anything like this. My toddler was told they could not be in the pool without swim shoes, even though there were no posted signs or notices stating that swim shoes were required. It appears this rule was either newly created or was never properly communicated to residents. My boyfriend has had an extremely frustrating experience living here. Since my boyfriend moved in there have been ongoing issues with mice and ants, and it doesn’t seem to be improving at all. Maintenance has been unhelpful — they only put down basic traps that don’t actually solve the problem. What’s even more concerning is that this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue.
