Doctors and nurses very good and gentle with my cat
Had a terrible experience there today. Brought my dog to be neutered and Dr. Barry Adler was very rude and condescending while I was asking questions regarding the procedure and post op care. He had no compassion for the customer and didn’t want to take time to explain anything. His answer was “I don’t change my policy for anyone” instead of trying to explain what their policy actually was and trying to make the customer feel more comfortable. Been coming to this vet for years. One visit with dr Adler junior and changing vets. Rude condescending and sarcastic , argumentative. Lots of other vets out there. What happened to customer service and treating the pet with compassion. No bedside manner. Nothing like dr Barry Adler and the rest employed there. Word to the wise, pick another vet if you are scheduled with him. Sad

Can’t have enough love for Dr. Pepetti and Dr. Fink. They both have gone to great lengths to explain to us our care for our fur babies. And they call to follow up to make sure they’re doing well! As for the staff, amazing girls at the desk, fantastic techs. Last year Dr. Fink brought us through the last months with our 19 year old cat. Such compassion.
They are efficient and never make you wait. They have an amazing friendly staff who treat everyone the same. They even remember you and your dogs names. The staff get on the floor and hug and love the animals. I have nothing negative to say.

Very pleasant and friendly staff. Everyone is so helpful and make sure all your questions and concerns are answered. They also seem to be reasonably priced and you don’t get that feeling of someone trying to rip you off that you might experience elsewhere. I would highly recommend this group!
