Two months ago, we traded in our 2023 Toyota Corolla SE Upgrade because we specifically wanted to purchase a 2026 Toyota Corolla SE Upgrade. I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Toyota of Woodbridge. The maintenance service took an unreasonably long time, and there was a complete lack of communication. What’s most frustrating is that they didn’t notify me about changes to my appointment. I only found out after arriving, which wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I expect better organization and customer service from a Toyota dealership. Clear communication and respecting customers’ time should be a basic standard.
I would like to share my experience with Woodbridge Toyota. I spoke on the phone with the sales representatives Ram and Onur. I explained that on the official Toyota website the monthly payment for the vehicle was listed as $886, and I even sent them a screenshot of it.
