An eye sore to the community, the property managers do nothing to maintain their building. They'll take your money and get you here but that's about it.
Where do I start I'd you want to deal with construction noise all day followed by non stop crime in the area this is the apartment for but for 900+ a month the headache far out ways the cheap price it's not worth it
Ooh where to start. I would go lower if I could, but 1. Management is not the greatest. I took several complaints to them, and they have always responded with a snarky attitude. Also, they are very racist I went to their office with my step dad to help translate, and they had quite the attitude and made rude and unprofessional comment. 2. Like all the other comments, there is an issue with smoking 3. The hallways are always dirty and unmentionable 4. There are always fights and police here 5. Has bugs and mice and people constantly smoking and breaking entryway doors and maintenance is no help
