The Idaho team at Woodbridge has known of this problem for 3 years and it seems like they are trying to sell the rest of the houses in the community and leave the homeowners with the burden. Last year some of the community members sought legal council to try to move the ball. I recently purchased a home in Bald Eagle Point from Woodbridge Pacific Group. If you are looking to purchase, please be aware of the following issues: 1. Plumbing - master bath toilet broken after third flush 2. Dishwasher - apartment grade, $1M+ home 3. Disposal - apartment grade, so loud it has to be replaced 4.
