It was great at first with the old manager, Jose and went downhill after the new lady, Diana took over. She’s very invasive and makes snarky remarks that both inappropriate and unprofessional. She’s very nit picky. It took forever to get the damaged entrance sign fixed. It took forever to get a new permanent maintenance personnel because the one they hired didn’t last very long. The assistant is efficient but lack people skills. Glad we sold and got out of there.
Diana is the most friendly manager I've ever met at any Mobilehome park. She's helpful and wants you to have a great time living here. As a realtor, I highly recommend this place.
