The worst medical office I’ve been to, wait times to get an appointment is unacceptable. Seen Dr Natalie Richard and it was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do not recommend this clinic and won’t be back.
Receptionist has 0 sense of customer service and professionalism. Such a bad attitude and so rude. I can understand someone hating their job, but she seems to just hate people as a whole. I also have no idea why there’s a phone because it’s impossible to reach the clinic. Considering reception is the first interaction patients have within the clinic, you’d think management would do a better job at picking them. Explains the rest of the reviews.
The customer service and the willingness for these receptionist to do their jobs is ridiculous. The laziest receptionist of the century. I am looking to switch doctors and I understand that there is a process and way things are supposed to be done. I’ve been unable to see my family doctor, for months. There are many horrible reviews here, and they are all true, likely due to the wrong people working there—except for Dr. M and Nurse Amber, who went above and beyond to help my mom in ways her own doctor at that clinic couldn’t. Having said that today I will put five stars on this review. I hope the next time will be the same.
