Phones are a hit or miss, somedays I get through right away and somedays its a long hold. Usually I just leave a voicemail and get a call back within a day. My doctor, Dr. B, is very caring and kind, front desk again is a hit or miss - some of the younger employees are kind and helpful, and not as rude :/

If you want reasonable follow-up time, stay away from this place.
Arrived one hour before posted walk-in closing time. Was told the doctor had already stopped accepting patients due to capacity, despite only a few people in the waiting room. This isn’t the first time this has happened. There seems to be no clear or transparent cutoff policy for walk-ins, which makes it difficult to rely on this clinic for timely care.
