The receptionist who take my call today Tuesday at 12:57 pm was very very rude. I was asking if my family Dr is taking any patience for rest of the week and her attitude was completely unprofessional, at one point she raised her voice at me.
Phones are a hit or miss, somedays I get through right away and somedays its a long hold. Usually I just leave a voicemail and get a call back within a day. My doctor, Dr. B, is very caring and kind, front desk again is a hit or miss - some of the younger employees are kind and helpful, and not as rude :/
Great Place if you need a Dr.
If you want reasonable follow-up time, stay away from this place.
