I never knew a walk. Clinic would turn someone away because they left their office. I am totally disgusted in their behavior and Dr Chin has no bedside manner called unfriendly and not very empathetic to sick people.
I’m honestly surprised by some of these reviews, but then again, not entirely. I’m a healthcare provider myself and run my own clinic, so I know what it’s like on the other side. Clinic administrators are the backbone of the entire operation, and people often don’t realize that without them, their experience with their doctor wouldn’t be nearly as smooth. The doctor was great and gave useful advise to help me with my situation. Only problem is I am never able to get a hold of the secretary through the phone. Some days I wait 30 mins before just hanging up. There is an online appointment booking but with no contact via phone, I would need to drive down to the office to get access. At thay point, I may as well just book there.
I have been a patient at this clinic for roughly 20 years. Dr. Vivian Chau is fantastic. The receptionists & customer service SUCKS. Don’t bother calling because they almost never answer (despite the fact that the phone never rings when you’re in there). Extremely unprofessional and embarrassing. They urge you to use the online patient portal but are equally as slow and unhelpful in responding there. I have called twice this morning and have been on hold for over 20 minutes for a 30 second question. Find another clinic.
