Great experience taking my daughter here for the walk in clinic. Reception was very friendly and kind. The doctor was excellent with my daughter / thorough and explained what he was doing.
Amazing doctors. Terrible front desk administration staff and manager, making errors, dismissing patients concerns and not taking accountability.
Refuse to pick up phones for an hour at a time to the point i had to go without my prescription for 4 days already and can't get in contact with anyone
Receptionists and phone issues are one thing, but feeling unwelcome by a doctor is another. I had heard nothing but positive things about Dr. Dixit, which is why I chose to see her. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was spoken to condescendingly, as if I were a child, and was essentially accused of being dishonest.
