I wish I could give them no star! We purchased a panel bed, Mikasa square mirror, double dresser. Isabela night stand and other minor furniture with the value of $7000+, 18 months ago from this store located at Mira Mar, San Diego. I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with a broken Natuzzi chair that was bought from the San Marcos store. We bought a really nice Natuzzi reclining chair. It reclines two ways. The feet come out, and it reclines back, using 2 motors. We paid good money for what we thought was a quality chair. We were wrong. The chair broke the first time less than 2 months after receiving.
