Terrible they will tow your car from in front of your property , we were in the process of turning the tags in & selling my car they towed it in the middle of the night . They have a lot of rules that don’t really make sense . Do not recommend
Lifeguards are about keeping guest safe ,nice clean environment.lifeguards are polite and friendly.
I have lived in the condos and the townhomes, I lived in the condos as a renter for two years. Then bought a townhome and the hoa fee was quarterly at $114. This was six years ago, now the rate has jumped to $198 quarterly. I understand payments increase but this is a substantial amount within a time frame of six years. If you ever fall behind or don't pay your fees, they will sue you or try and take you to court.
