They charge outrageous fees and do nothing for the homeowner or neighbors/ landlords
Dues are $296 from when I moved here was $30
Terrible they will tow your car from in front of your property , we were in the process of turning the tags in & selling my car they towed it in the middle of the night . They have a lot of rules that don’t really make sense . Do not recommend
Lifeguards are about keeping guest safe ,nice clean environment.lifeguards are polite and friendly.
