I try to support local establishments but it seems some try their best to force you to shop elsewhere. I purchased an item online for delivery. 6 days after their email stating the item was shipped, nothing. I've contacted their delivery contractor, they have no information on my item. I've emailed Home Hardware to inquire as to the status of my order, nothing. I wouldn't recommend shopping at Home Hardware, it's better to shop elsewhere, Home Depot, hell atleast Amazon has reliable delivery. Buyer beware.
We're very disappointed with their rude customer service
ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I had the most horrible experience. The person was very rude to being with. Then, he refused to return my items even though I had the receipt and it was in the return period. He forced me to pick up the very heavy bags and take them back despite them being sealed. Would not recommend this location!!
