Rents are going through the roof the apartment is a great size, it very quiet, neighbor are nice. but as advertise many are working people so you may not see other tenants in weeks. i am being force out because the rents are skyrocketing out of control. last year i had five (5) percent increase this year eight (8) percent, clearly, they don't want the tenants to stay, my increase was over $157.00. my pension hasn't increased. if you are planning to move here prepare for huge increases every year, with little extras, no new a... read more
Woodbridge Hills Apartments (Active Adult Community) I've been living in my apartment for 3 years & 3 months. It's been great! I love my apartment and decorated it to feel like a real home. My complex is located close to all major highways, train station and plenty of shopping. My experience living here has been excellent! The amenities are also great - a pool, a gym and activities.
