I regret buying a townhome in Addison Park, Lebanon, Tennessee. After just three weeks, I’ve had constant issues—faulty light switches, door hinges failing, and concrete flaking. The community is overcrowded, parking is inadequate, and my grass is already dead. They are doing repairs, but for a three-week-old house, it should be replaced, not just patched. We purchased our first home today wooooooo!!! Tony Muniz was absolutely amazing! We are so thankful for him! He was extremely informative and beyond friendly! He treated us as if we were family. He answered every one of our questions with kindness. His only downfall is he didn't have a box of kleenex on his desk after he had me cryin like a baby with joy Highly recommend to anyone!!
