My boyfriend has had an extremely frustrating experience living here. Since my boyfriend moved in there have been ongoing issues with mice and ants, and it doesn’t seem to be improving at all. Maintenance has been unhelpful — they only put down basic traps that don’t actually solve the problem. What’s even more concerning is that this doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue. I’m definitely not renewing my lease with this complex!! They have a big rodent issue and now a flea (in the parking lots mostly where the cats hang out) issue due to people feeding stray cats and leaving plates of food outside and people inviting stray cats in and out of their apartments. Contacted maintenance quite a few times due to fleas entering my apartment and rodents are still coming back and it’s been about 2 weeks of requesting, no one ever came out, matter of fact my request was canceled🙃!! I wouldn’t recommend this place and I am not renewing my lease too. Very very poor maintenance. My bathroom ceiling has been leaking for a very long time, I had put in several maintenance calls, people come and do it superficially, issue comes back again. Since last three months I am really tired of this issue, even after putting in multiple maintenance calls, nobody comes and then when I try to call again after waiting for about a week, I come to know that they had come but couldn’t enter, god knows for what reason. Its unbelievable that they cant put the emergency number publicly i have an emergency and because of MDW is closed smh
i recently went to look at this property. The property manager Rebecca was not only rude to me but also seemed extremely unhelpful to a tenant she was on the phone with. She had a condescending attitude and when I asked her about the reviews regarding the roaches she said "yeah I get some of those complaints, but not all of them." I also asked her how long and how many people lived in the apartment she was trying to sell me and she could not even tell me when they were renovated.
