Service was horrible.
I have never experienced this level of support from any car service center. My son was traveling from VA to NJ on a Friday and the car started failing. I got in touch with John who said if the car can make it to his shop, he would take care of it. It was dropped off Friday night and his team was on it first thing Saturday. Turned out to be way less serious than anticipated. John and his team had it up and running by Saturday afternoon.
