Inept service department. Wasted our time, put off something that should have been addressed and now it is a much bigger issue to fix the problem. Their excuse: "It wasn't me who said that and I don't know who it was that you talked to." Wasted my time and my wife's since we had to bring two cars for the service they scheduled on the phone and then said that they couldn't do.
Love this place. Just got a new maverick from there and Nikki was the best help ever!
These guys were great to deal with. Very professional and accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre owned vehicle.
Great experience working with salesperson, MD (Mahbub). He was very attentive and patient and made the car buying experience so much easier. He made himself available to us even when he was not on schedule, he truly displayed what excellent customer service looks like. I had my 17 year old with me and even she grew fond of him.
