Association fees creep up every year, neighbors let dogs shit on the side walk and won't clean it up or it's running into other people's yards, parking backed in is usually the safest way to avoid hitting small children, dogs, elderly, or traffic but this place attempts to ticket you if you back into your parking spot they don't assist with repairs despite paying your Association Fee. I advice you save your money and apply it to a mortgage for a regular home WOODBRIDGE SUCKS!
