I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nield. She and her staff Angie are incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate. I never felt rushed, and she listened carefully to all of my concerns. Thank you for the excellent care.
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at Woodbridge Dermatology and Laser Center. I called hoping to get some information and assistance on laser, but the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Customer service is such an important part of any medical office, especially when patients may already be stressed or anxious. I give Dr. Nield and Angie A++ for patient care and customer service. I have a family member using Botox to treat a medical condition, and Dr.Nield and Angie have always taken the time to answer all of our questions, treat us with the upmost respect and care, and make us feel perfectly comfortable, cared for and confident that we are receiving the best treatment. From the moment I first walked in and I was met by Angie's friendly, bubbly personality, I knew I was going to be in good hands.
