Recently, I had an issue with a front desk staff member regarding an unconfirmed appointment. The conversation was handled poorly — she was dismissive and at one point told me over the phone, “I’m not gonna parent you.” As a longtime, respectful patient, that was genuinely upsetting, especially since the cancellation policy had never been explained to me in person before that call. I'm so glad I found Dr. Ann Nguyen at Woodbridge Dental! She and her staff are so caring and knowledgeable; I look forward to my appointments. My regular cleanings are fabulous (goodbye coffee stains), and I have also had a couple of crowns and an implant done - all are perfect! It's so nice to know my (and my family's) dental needs are in good hands. Thank you Dr. Nguyen

so I went in for a routine cleaning and I’m still not sure what happened exactly. the whole appointment felt rushed like they were trying to get me out the door in 20 minutes or something. they poked around my gums for a minute then said I needed some deep cleaning that I definately didnt ask about or get a clear explanation on. left with a $500 bill still confused why I went there at all... not going back thats for sure.
I have been a patient for many years now, and I am always treated well by Dr. Ann and her team. Offices are clean, and staff is always friendly and professional.
