so I went in for a routine cleaning and I’m still not sure what happened exactly. the whole appointment felt rushed like they were trying to get me out the door in 20 minutes or something. they poked around my gums for a minute then said I needed some deep cleaning that I definately didnt ask about or get a clear explanation on. left with a $500 bill still confused why I went there at all... not going back thats for sure.
I have been a patient for many years now, and I am always treated well by Dr. Ann and her team. Offices are clean, and staff is always friendly and professional.
Dr Nguyen and her entire staff is top notch from front to back.Scheduling is always prompt and efficient! All types of appointments ( routine cleaning as well) are able to be scheduled without an issue according to my schedule. I would highly recommend this office!!!
