I had a chipped front tooth due to a fall. Dr. Elmorshedy and staff got me in quick with very little wait time. The office is conveniently located off route 1 and there’s plenty of parking in the back. The waiting room was clean, bright and the receptionist, Bella, was pleasant and informative . Maggie was the medical assistant and her demeanor lessened my anxiety. Dr Elmorshedy has good bedside manner, worked quick and took time to explain after care. I had a great experience at this dental office! It was my first visit, and everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. My hygienist, Gisella, was wonderful she was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She even applied a topical numbing gel to my front teeth because they’re very sensitive, which I really appreciated. She also gave me Listerine for sensitive teeth. I Had a cleaning done and when the doctor came in to check he noticed that my front teeth which had bonded on them were a little bumpy from being filled in when they Chipped. He suggested I put veneers on. I am so happy that I did. They look wonderful and of course make me feel better because they were my two front teeth. The staff is very professional & friendly. Janet & Bella are the front desk are very welcoming & Ogla did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Elmorshedy was thorough with the exam & asked if I had any pain or issues. I highly recommend this place for any dental services.
