I made an appointment with Dr. Karim Elmorshedy through their website, but I couldn't find the office because the map was taking me to a different place. When I called them and explained the situation, they told me that the doctor is not in the office today. I'm not really sure what was going on, but there seems to be a lack of communication within the office. The two stars are for the friendly staff who attempted to give me directions to the office.
