I moved in today and already feel extremely frustrated with my decision, especially choosing a first-floor unit. The sound insulation is very poor — I can clearly hear outside noise and movements, which makes it uncomfortable and far from a “luxury” living experience. Considering the high rent they are charging, this level of quality is really disappointing and does not match what was advertised as a renovated premium property. Ronnie, the super, has been very responsive and helpful with maintenance issues in the apartment. He follows up quickly and makes sure repairs are handled properly. Really appreciate his professionalism and reliability.
