Very rude onwer and the lady that works for her pretend she is nice ... But they are both the same. They dont exachange not even the second day ...as they new the wedding was in more then one month ... Very expensive ... And old stuff and a few stones fall on the way out ... And wile i was at the wedding anather few fall off ... Cheap quality for the price they charge. Im so disappointed . Never go in that store agin.
Probably the most disappointing thing I've ever attended in my life. First of all wasted $220 for myself and bridal party and family to get into this place for there to be absolutely nothing to finding half the vendors have absolutely nothing to do with weddings. What does hair straighteners, construction companies, psychics and HelloFresh have to do with getting married? Was it just to fill all the empty spots because the vendors were tired of her attitude? DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I am extremely unhappy with my order (6 bridesmaid robes). They looked great when I saw a model in person, but the ones they arrived as part of my order were terrible quality, and left residue on your hands after touching them. When I called to speak to the owner she was very rude and uncooperative. She did not want to take the robes back as she knew they were bad quality and wouldn’t be able to resell them.
