New resident here! Nicole was extremely thorough and used absolute professionalism helping me find the most suitable apartment for me. I love it so far. The process was quick and painless so thank you Nicole! I am excited to be living at Woodbridge.
On a whim, I decided to leave Florida for Fort Wayne. I could not have done this without Kaitlyn, Nicole, and Tony. They were always so very accommodating—no matter how many times I called, they immediately responded. I really like my place: It is clean and very pleasant.
Team is amazing
We moved into these apartments a few years back, and they were really fantastic. They were quick to work on maintenance issues. The staff were friendly and overall, very helpful. Once this new company, gold ollier bought the apartments. They got real scammy real fast with lots of extra fees. We ended up moving out and the gsmes brcame immediately apparent: extra generic move out fees added to our rent payments, acting like the deposit we had given when we first move in somehow didnt "count" and that we kept owing more and mo... read more
