I’ve lived at Woodbridge for the past 3 years. For most of that time, it was a quiet and peaceful place to live. Unfortunately, in recent months, the crime rate has noticeably increased. Police presence has become a regular occurrence, and it no longer feels like the safe community it once was.
In the seven years I had lived here we had many maintenance issues that were never resolved. You have to call them 15+ times before anyone answers because they are "short staffed" I don't get how you are short staffed for 7 years straight. I had to schedule the same maintenance issue 8 different times before it was finally resolved. Now that I am moving out they are trying to get $4k in move out fees for stuff that was just normal wear and tear claiming we destroyed several things. Maintenance guy named Marcus showed up today to address issues with kitchen plumbing, a hornet problem in the storage shed, and missing cupboard shelves and did a bang-up job. He was friendly, he took care of business, and I would be glad to have him over again if something else done does the stupid and stops working.
The Service Manager/Maintenance named Lucas was a huge help! Very polite and got straight to work!
I’ve been living at Woodbridge Apartments in a one-bedroom, and it’s been a great experience. The apartment is a good size, and it’s quiet and comfortable. The gym and pool are awesome extras—really nice to have right here on the property. I also want to say a big thank you to my leasing agent, Kaitlin. She’s been super helpful since day one.
