I have lived here for five years and I’ve been through two company takeovers, since this last one, It is impossible to get any maintenance done. Contact with the leasing office and staff is nearly impossible. Never have I had such horrible customer service due to incompetence or lack of motivation, and I’m seriously considering that my issues stem from my ethnicity. Maintenance here is exceptional. My request was handled the same day, and everything was fixed quickly and correctly. Alex was respectful of my space and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. Truly appreciate the prompt and professional service.
When my water heater stopped working, Alex responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the repair and got everything fixed as soon as possible. Truly appreciate his dedication.
Im glad austin went and and cleaned up the trash bags that the animals had thrown everywhere it help keeps the area look nice.
