If I could give them more stars I would. They go above and beyond every time. Every staff member there is amazing. They treat you and your pets as if you are one of their family members. The treatment both medically and personally is absolutely amazing. Dr. Shackelford is awesome! My dog is usually scared and aggressive but she calmed him right down. She took extra time with us to discuss Bruiser's upcoming surgery. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous. They treated Bruiser like a star and acted like they were thrilled to see him. He hates going to the vet and didn't want to leave!
Our animals have received great care while here. Sadly we had to put both animals down, for extreme health reasons. Both vets we had where truly amazing they stayed with us. And truly where of great comfort as you could be in this time. After our first animal passed we received a sympathy card. Most vets don't have the manner of heart they do. Thanks for all that you guys have done to care for our fur-babies. The Bui family.
