I moved in just a little over a month ago. Was the best experience I have had. Sean the new manager is so good at what he does and makes the whole process fun and comfortable. Right away the maintenance man Tristan came to make sure any concerns was taken care of. I'm so lucky to have found this place and been accepted. The most important is my pup has settled in also. Love this place.
The property manager, Stephanie, was incredibly helpful and welcoming to me when I stopped into the Woodbridge office with no appointment on a Friday afternoon. I have felt lost and a little hopeless trying to find housing for my mom, and Stephanie welcomed me in to explain eligibility, costs, and the different kinds of senior housing. She was the first property manager that has shown me kindness and patience like that in what has been a very overwhelming situation.
