I had a great experience with Woodbriar Management. Veronica and Yunet were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They took their time showing me the apartment, answered all of my questions, and explained every step clearly so I never felt confused or rushed. Their professionalism, patience, and friendliness made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I truly appreciate how helpful they were and highly recommend Woodbriar Management because of them.
The management company is the most unprofessional I’ve ever dealt with. They made me pay over $200 for a non refundable application fee and then after I paid and submitted my application, they ghosted me. I called, text and sent emails to no avail. I would never recommend anyone to do business with these crooks!
