The people at the frount desk are there for a paycheque, don’t expect them to care about anything else. The doctors themselves are actually quite good, but it’s pointless to have doctors if the receptionist won’t let you even ask for any at the soonest availability unless it’s your family doctor, even if it’s an emergency.
Fantastic clinic. I've been going there for years. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and Doctor Anderson is amazing. Honestly, I think the people complaining about the terrible clinic have that same problem all over the place. Everywhere you go, there you are... with your problems.
Came in asking to see the doctor for a mental health referal (for therapy/counselling - just finished chemotherapy and battling cancer - dealing with a lot of depression and uncertainty moving forwards) Dr. Anderson refused and said to book a regular appointment 5 weeks out from today. Thats pretty dismissive. Great job Woodbine👍
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for some time and am very happy. There is rarely a wait and everyone is wonderful!
