We had a beautiful wedding at Woodbine Mansion! The venue is absolutely stunning and Julie + Maddy are super helpful and communicative. The only thing I would change is for them to have more options in their approved caterer list because we had a negative experience with ours but were limited in the choices we could choose from. However, besides that this was our dream venue!
Big fan of Woodbine! Very accessible for being such an old property (no elevator to upper floors, but all first level rooms and lawn are fully accessible, including a ramp into the building!), and the proximity to downtown Round Rock is really convenient for parking. Super well manicured property and looks beautiful year round.
Our December 2025 wedding at Woodbine Mansion was a dream come true! The staff were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process! From touring, to engagement photos, to rehearsal, to day of! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!
