Lived here for a year since we were new to the city. Nice place, nice staff and the place is so reasonably priced. We also love the SE Boise area and this is close to everything.

Lived at Woodbine for around 1.5 years. Loved my time living here, community is quiet and never had any issues. Landlord was awesome and always reachable. Any maintenance issues were looked at same day and fixed immediately. Only left to move into own home.

They don't care about anyone unless you are on their board of members then you get whatever you want no matter who else complains. They don't even allow kids in either of their pools of hot tubs. Ridiculous. You will love this place if you are a lonely bitter person who enjoys the same company.
This is one of the worst places i have ever stayed at. – Right from the beginning things went wrong...over the phone they promised us a 2 bedroom...when we got here...all they had was a one bedroom upstairs...we had no choice. For 3 weeks, 5 of us had to stay in a one bedroom apartment...2 of my kids had to sleep on the floor. Next, the pool and hot tub...pool wasn't bad, fairly clean, just alot of leaves floating around, stains on the bottom,and warning...way too much chemicals...I openned my eyes under water two times, abo... read more
