We lived here July 2024-2025 and loved it. We appreciate everything the community did during the storm. The property managers are kind, understanding and diligent in caring for its tenants. Highly recommended— the view of the City doesn’t hurt either!
These apartments are very nice and staff is very friendly.
We’ve lived at Woodberry for years and we love it! Ideal location for working in downtown Asheville while being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, nice views overlooking the city, and great people.
I am entering my third year at Woodbury Apts. If you are looking for an apartment within a 10-15 walk to downtown Asheville, Woodbury is a great property to consider. The staff is very knowledgeable and responsive and the western view of the mountains is outstanding.
