I’ve lived here for 9 months now and never had an issue until a couple months ago. Management is very kind and did an amazing job with supporting us during the hurricane. The apartments themselves are nice, the appliances seem newer and work just fine. The water heater sucks tho, water doesn’t stay hot more than 5 minutes and makes showers miserable unless you take a less than 5 minute shower. Every. Single. As a resident I can say hands down that this is a lovely community with excellent attention from staff. Brad and Anna do wonderful work as property managers, and the maintenance staff is incredible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have been a resident of Woodberry Apartments for several years. The staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure our apartment is a home not just a "place"! A great example of this is when Hurricane Helene came blasting through. Daily updates on services, even checking on personal individual needs.
