I moved into the property on sloan st Houston in June. Was supposed to move in to one apartment . Three days before my move in they said it wasn’t ready and I could either sign another lease for a different apartment or wait another week or two for them to make the first one ready.. In September I noticed a few mice running around in the kitchen and bathroom. They even started making a nest out of the bathroom towels I kept under the sink. They bought the property during our tenancy. As we were moving out of the property(End of February 2019) they sent paperwork for us to sign about them buying it in August 2018. That was the straw. In November 2018 our unit had a sewer back up that lasted for 5 day! 5 days we had sewage in the property. We also had weird water damage and they blamed it on the roof and said after they replaced the roof they would fix the damage. That NEVER happened! Pretty sure we lived in a house with mold.
