I called them to pick up my oriental rug to take it to their facility to clean. With four cats and one very messy boy, it was vacuuming! They came when they said they would and moved furniture to get the rug up. Then they put the furniture back and were very professional and nice! The price I was given over the phone was reasonable, and when returned, the rug looked brand new!
