1 star because I cant leave a zero. Current resident. Management (lack there of) is %100 absent and will not meet with, or be bothered by paying residents. The property is littered with junk from the maintenance man who hoards personal property within the building. Nobody cleans the building on a regular basis. Have had to be in constant contact with the ADA in order to make an attempt to remedy all the issues. My quality of life is at a zero at this point...DO NOT RENT AT WOODARD!!!
