Hidden gem in Lakeland! Secure, clean, neat, friendly staff and residents. Daily activities Mon - Sat, church Sunday evening. Website pictures do not do it justice. Far better than neighboring parks. Can't say enough nice things about Woodall's !

My husband and I are new to the park this year but so far we love it. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The roads are paved and lots of lights making it safe and enjoyable to walk after dark.

This is a 6 Star park, Its like no other park.its lively, many Activities.Animal and people freindly.The management, Staff and Residents hail from all over the states and Canada.most residents of winter season are returning for many years now.The Rates are the most Reasonable, cards,bingo, car shows, crafts are just the tip of Activities. More Bang for the Buck..very popular and fills up fast..
