MY UNIT WORK'S LIKE BRAND NEW NOW! Very grateful to Woodall's for getting us up and running in no time. The Service Dept. got a technician out to promptly take care of the issue my system was having! While they were out, we also had our gas logs serviced for the winter. Wonderful people and GREAT service!
Love the service! I had them install my new Lennox unit in June, during the hottest part of the summer. They were able to get my unit installed and all new ductwork done without any hassle. The service men helped walk me through using my new t-stat. (One of those fancy programmable ones). Any time I have a question I can call the service dept and the two lades are very helpful! OVERALL GREAT JOB!
Had a new Trane unit installed mid-summer. Staff was cool and salesman was very professional and got to asap even though I know they have to be swamped. Thanks.

Absolute Rip off!!!! Just like a small town operation to charge $90 an hour for service in which they do nothing. Also would not give me a price when I talked to them. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Would give them no stars if that was an option. When I called to asked how they figured that the guy spent an hour here I was told they have gps and can track them. Really GPS doesn't show you how long the guy was in my house working, Or in this case not working.
