It's the most literal piece of dog shit apartment that I, a college student, am not even staying there. I am very pleased with Marquis Place Apartments and the excellent amenities it offers; it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I moved in September 2025. I submitted a maintenance request recently and was impressed by how quickly it was addressed. The repair was handled promptly and efficiently. It's reassuring to know that maintenance concerns are taken seriously and resolved without delay.
I’ve lived at this property for three years, and I honestly hoped things would improve over time. Instead, everything has gotten worse. This place changes management more often than they change air filters, and every new team comes with the same empty promises and zero real solutions. The water issues alone are enough to warn anyone away. Very RUDE apartment manager! My review of this place is entirely too long to post here but it will get posted. If you’re thinking about renting here….RUNNNNN, these apartments are a totally nightmare. The manager that was here when I first signed my lease I never got to meet because the was running from the problems I had and the one that’s here now could’ve kept her a** where ever she was at before KAREN!
This is the worst apartment complex in Prince George county! They have rats, roaches in every single unit! they are the worst complex ever, Hey don’t sweep or mop any buildings in the inside just the rental office building! These are dishonest people, do NOT trust them. They will screw you out of a significant portion of your security deposit no matter what. They do not take care of maintenance issues with any urgency whatsoever. The complex is overrun with mice/roaches.
I love the maintenance guy ed. He's awesome gets it done fast and neatly. That's the best part bout these apartments maintenance is on top of it. Thanks ed
They're bad about pest control.I have been waiting over ten weeks since they still have done nothing about the situation. We pay. A monthly fee for the service and we're not at all.
