I believe they’re closed. Empty store front and no one answers the phone
Awful customer service. I’ve been trying to order for days. I’ve been a customer for years and was willing to put up with the rude staff cause it was quaint. But now it’s just too much. Go elsewhere.
Do not buy from Wood World. I had originally partnered up with one of the employees there to sell live edge slabs. They "temporarily closed" down since the pandemic began back in March, and have not allowed me to come there, and grab my black walnut slabs pictured below. Luli, the manager, says she will text the employee in regards to which slabs were my half.
